Can Anyone Help Me With My Chemistry Homework?
I’m currently learning about reducing sugars and non-reducing sugars. When Benedict’s solution is added to unidentified food samples and heated, does the colour of the mixture indicate the amount of reducing sugars present? For example, does a solution that turns brick red have more reducing sugars present than a solution that turns yellow or orange?
